We started the group because of the overwhelming demand for volunteers at community centers, non-profit organizations, food pantries, and shelters.  The purpose of the group is to provide a meeting ground for people who want to "give back" and who want to "pay it forward" by providing their time, talent, and service to their community. We as organizers have met some great people and have built relationships through a few meetup groups this past year.  We felt that we wanted to combine the friendship, motivation and energy into building a passion for giving to the community.  We will partner together to make a difference and have some fun building friendships. We are a group of people dedicated to fighting Cancer. We work with the American Cancer Society through the Relay for life. If your life has been touched by cancer and you would like to become more involved, this is the group for you. We have all sorts of fundraisers: Motorcycle rides; BUNCO tournaments; Car Shows; garage sales, etc. to raise money to fight cancer in the San Gorgonio Pass area. All funds raised stay in the community.
